An ex student from RTC reached out to CCOT as her mother was battling cancer. While checking her background we realised her father has passed away a long time ago. She is by herself with her brother and they have no source of incoome. So CCOT along with Buddy Volunteers reached out to her to cover expenses for her mother’s expenses. CCOT also organised palative care through an organisation in Hubli. However all this was short lived as her mother passed away within a few weeks and the money which was collected was used for her funeral expenses. After a month of grieving, CCOT again got in touch with her and made sure a laptop was provided to her free of cost as her work demanded it with the help of Help Bangalore through Dr. Nirmala. This helped her kick-start her job.
